Itinerary

1. Stop 1Bird Watching

   

   The first stop for this tour begins in a bird-filled paradise in the cloud forest. You can observe a variety of wonderful bird species such as colorful hummingbirds to impressive toucans and quetzals where you can feed them and have a better observation of these incredible birds.

2. Stop 2Mindo Butterfly Garden

   

   Followed by the Mindo Butterfly Garden, where we can appreciate the variety of species that exist in the Mindo botanical garden. In this protected area you will find a great variety of butterflies, from the smallest to the largest and most colorful. In which you learn about the cycle that butterflies follow and interact with these magnificent creatures.

3. Stop 3Mindo Cloud Forest

   

   This beautiful natural ecosystem has great biodiversity, being home to a large amount of flora and fauna. This forest allows us to reach the Nambillo waterfall (our destination). Which can be reached on foot due to its maintenance on the trails, discovering its wide diversity. You can also take cable car rides and photograph nature.

4. Stop 4Canopy Mindo (optional)

   

   The Canopy Mindo is an exciting adventure activity, which can be done on this tour. Giving you the opportunity to have a tour using cables that allow you to appreciate the panoramic views from above, observing the forest environment and the fauna of this incredible place. This activity consists of a series of cables that extend several kilometers with adequate security.

5. Stop 5Coffee Museum in Mindo (optional)

   

   This Museum offers you the opportunity to enjoy the history of coffee, including the traditional techniques used in Mindo. Its plantation and the production that is done to obtain an exquisite cup of coffee. This tour lasts approximately 1 hour in which you can taste traditional Mindo coffee.

6. Stop 6Chocolate Tour in Mindo

   

   To end this day full of adventures, we will delve into a deep observation of the processing that is done to obtain high-quality artisanal chocolate in Mindo. In which they will tour the facilities of this place, learning about the process that is carried out to finally taste this delicious chocolate and, if you wish, be able to buy it.
