How long does it take them to respond?
We guarantee a response within 24 business hours. We typically respond within 1-2 hours via WhatsApp. Our team is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Quito time, ECT).
How far in advance should I book?
For the Galapagos Islands, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially during peak season (June–August, December–January). For highland or Amazon tours, 4–8 weeks is usually sufficient. We can also arrange last-minute trips.
Do the prices include flights?
Our tour prices do not include international flights to Ecuador. We do include domestic flights (Quito–Galapagos–Quito), ground transportation, hotels, guides, and activities depending on the package. We will indicate what is included and what is not.
Can I modify the itinerary after receiving it?
Of course. The first itinerary is just a suggestion. We’ll make all the necessary adjustments until the plan is perfect for you. The customization process is part of the service, at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and PayPal. We typically require a 60% deposit to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to departure for trips of 15 days or more. All payments must be documented with official receipts.
